1. How to order in the online shop
For all our products; clothing, fabric and accessories you must click on shop in the main menu and select one of the sub menu items. An overview will appear of the articles in the relevant product group. For more information on a specific article (larger picture with zoom, article description, price (always in rands), sizes, size guide), please click on the product picture. On the page that opens next you have the option to add the article to your shopping cart. You can always click on the basket in the menu bar to go to your shopping cart to view the list of items selected. From there, you can start the payment process. The payment process is very simple as we currently use only pay fast to process all our online purchases.
2. How do I get the total cost of my order:
In Step 1 (=Shopping basket) of our easy Checkout process, you can already calculate the total cost of your order. There is a free shipping cost on all orders within South Africa. For orders outside South Africa shipping cost is applied. We use EMS, UPS and The Courier Guy for all our international shipment.
3. Are taxes/duties included in the total cost of my order?
No. for orders outside the SADC region taxes and duties may have to be paid upon arrival of your order in your country. Unfortunately, this is not under Sleek Afrik control and strictly a local governmental policy for each country. If you need information on importation taxes or any additional charges, kindly check with your local customs agency.This is only applicable to customers outside the SADC.
4. How can I follow the status of my order?
Sleek Afrik commences the processing of your order as soon as your order has been received and payment completed. You will immediately receive order confirmation email and we will send an additional email with your invoice and receipts containing tracking information for your order.
5. Do you deliver to all countries?
Yes. we deliver to all countries. If your country is not included in the list of countries to set a billing/shipping address, please don’t hesitate to contact us on email@example.com Please note that orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes only physical address is acceptable.
6. Do I need to open an account before placing an order?
Yes. You automatically get registered in our online system as soon as you place your first order and an account is created with login details and password emailed to you.
7. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity for our clothing is anything from 1 and above. With fabric the minimum quantity is 2,4 or 6 yards piece of fabric from woodin, vlisco, GTP and Uniwax.
1. How can i pay for my order?
Our online payment is securely processed by payfast once orders have been placed.
We also accept payment via electronic funds transfer (eft). This process could take a day or two depending on the bank from where the transfer was done however as soon as we receive the proof of payment on the total order amount we will process your order accordingly.
2. Why has my credit card payment been declined?
Sleek Afrik is based in South Africa. If you place an order and are based outside South Africa, make sure that the credit card you are using has been approved for payments to companies in countries other than your own. Your payment may be declined if this is not the case. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact your credit card company.
We offer free RSA deliveries however deliveries other than RSA are paid for. The Courier Guy handles all our local and International deliveries. For all our deliveries both local and International you will receive a shipping notification email to notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it. You will receive your order via standard delivery between 2-4 business days from date of shipment, not from the date on which the order was placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to two days to process your order. This is an estimate, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Please ensure that someone will be available at the delivery address during Business Hours (between 08:00 and 18:00 on Business Days) in order to receive delivery of your order. Sleek Afrik maintains a 14 day return policy provided that the product is in its original condition with all packaging, labels and swing tags intact. In case your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return the article(s) within 14 (fourteen) days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Sleek Afrik including a return number and return address required to return the package. Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an e-mail as confirmation of the return. Your money will be credited via your original method of payment. Sleek Afrik will reimburse the amount in question as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the returned goods. Please note that for international orders we do not reimburse any taxes as you will need to contact your local customs office for repayment.
